The biggest breakthrough for me was doing squats with a foam roller- I had become quite complacent with my squats but with this modification, I could really feel the burn in my quads. Stéph also gave me a modification for the pull up using a resistance band looped around a door, as I do not have access to a pull up bar. She also helped me determine the correct level of weights and resistance for myself. Overall, a very useful session. Following the session, Steph sent me videos of the entire 10X home routine including modifications and progressions. Steph also offered to review a video of my practice for further feedback.
